All sales are final
Every FlockOff shirt is printed to order, one at a time, specifically for you. Nothing is made in advance and nothing goes back on a shelf. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or not liking the fit.
Please read the size chart before you buy. It is on the product page and it is measured from the actual garment, not guessed from a generic table. If you are unsure, email us before you order and we will help you pick a size.
If we made the mistake
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged in production, or is the wrong item from what you ordered, that is ours to fix. Email contact@flockofftee.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to ship anything back.
Cancellations
Email within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel it if production has not started. Once production starts we cannot cancel, because the shirt already exists.
Shipping
How long it takes
Production takes 2 to 5 business days. US shipping takes another 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive 5 to 10 business days after you place them. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start production the next business day.

- Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more
- $4.95 flat rate on US orders under $50
Where we ship
United States only for now.
Tracking
You get an order confirmation right away and a tracking number when the shirt ships. If tracking has not moved in 5 business days, email us.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package comes back as undeliverable, we will reship once you confirm a corrected address. You cover the reshipping cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is marked delivered but is not there, wait 48 hours, then email us. If it is genuinely lost or arrives damaged, we replace it.
